Our work mainly includes residential cleaning, office cleaning, and move-in/move-out services. We offer flexible arrangements, whether you prefer contract work or hourly engagement, so you can organize your schedule in a way that works best for you. If you're unsure how much work you want to take on, we’ll help you find the right balance and gradually build up your workload.

We operate across the entire city, with most assignments focused on regular residential cleanings. Many of our cleaners build a steady base of repeat clients over time. For more detailed services like deep cleaning or move-in/move-out jobs, we provide all necessary equipment and supplies. We also plan schedules carefully, ensuring you have enough time between jobs to travel, rest, and stay efficient throughout the day.

What You’ll Be Doing

Most of your work will involve standard cleaning services for regular clients. Tasks typically include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces, organizing spaces, and taking out trash. Each client may have specific preferences, and you’ll receive clear instructions to ensure everything is done to their expectations.

Workload & Flexibility

Your schedule depends on your availability, experience, and preferences. Cleaners who are reliable, professional, and easy to work with tend to receive more opportunities. We increase your workload gradually so you can adapt comfortably and build confidence. Speaking English well and having a driver’s license (plus your own vehicle) can open the door to more jobs and greater flexibility.

Payment & Rewards

You’ll be paid weekly based on the hours you work. On top of that, you keep all tips from clients, and you can earn additional bonuses for excellent reviews and high customer satisfaction.

Booking Process

When a job becomes available, we’ll contact you by phone or message to check your availability. If you accept, you’ll receive a confirmation with all the details — including the date, time, and location — so you’re fully prepared.

What We’re Looking For in a Cleaning Professional

• A minimum of 2 years of paid cleaning experience, whether independently or with a company
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Comfortable communicating in English
• Willing to complete and pass a background check
• Access to a smartphone or email for job communication
• Dependable, trustworthy, and professional in attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license or ID
• Personal vehicle for transportation
• Contractors should have their own cleaning equipment
• Contractors should either carry or be open to obtaining General Liability Insurance
